Hanging at the lake with the doggies, listening to Pink Floyd, eating Choclate Wafters from some random Mexican grocery store that are super good, and....., it is good times. Actually we are by a river and the lake is a mile away but it's all the same. Water to swim in, sticks to fetch, poison oak. Here are two pics, one if of our camp and the other is the river. It is deep enough for Pick to swim in. I am working on a short story called 'The Yard Sale'. I have driven by/through many crazy things including but not limited to: a very strange yard sale, a covered bridge, acres of feed lot cows, acres of fruit packing building, acers of silos. Now I am camping and stationary for two days. My battery will probably die and no electicitiy so too bad for me. The camp host here is kind of cool, a super old guy who loves my dogs and went on and on about medical marijuana...maybe I should check the back of his RV??? But his little helper guy...yes Becky! He has a goatee, actually knew that Hunda was related to a corgi, hot, etc. I'm sure he is married. Again, too bad for me.

Hunda did his trick today ON CUE and I will probably have a video in the next day or so. I know I keep saying that but remember when you are training a Hunda you are on Hunda time, it is different than other kinds of time. I have actually been doing some CU stuff, the Doggie Zen, which I pretty much call 'Watch Me' and the 'Leave It' and the 'Go to Your Mat'. Kathy and I are in the same boat with Hunda and Lizzie. And it feels good, to know that there are other dogs in the world that are not like the rest and it feels good to know that this stuff is working and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I finally watched the 'jump the jello' video. Amazing. Jenny Damm is still my hero, when I grow up I am going to have super powers like her.

My next homework assignment is to work on my agility notebook and to read the Relaxation Protocol stuff that Kathy sent me. Next stop is my cousin's house in Sacramento...
